Constructs a WCloudNormals.
- Parameters

cloud Point set which can be of type: CV_32FC3, CV_32FC4, CV_64FC3, CV_64FC4. normals A set of normals that has to be of same type with cloud. level Display only every level th normal. scale Scale of the arrows that represent normals. color Color of the arrows that represent normals.
- Note
- In case there are four channels in the cloud, fourth channel is ignored.
